Suggest Treatment For Small Purple Dots On The Buttocks

a few weeks ago 7 red dots that turned purple and small over the past 3 weeks showed up on my LEG. Now, I noticed a new fist size circle of purple dots... some that are in line formation on my BUTT CHEEK... I also have been getting large red bites on my arms and my son has them as well, all over his body. I almost never leave the house and we have no pets. Can you tell me what these purple dots in a circle and some of the dots have formed lines and it itches but the purple dots on my leg and rear end are NOT RAISED, you can t even feel them but they are purple dots and lines. These are different than the red bites me and my son have been getting the past month. It feels like my whole body is itchy and i ve had no energy lately.

hi..i have been through ur query carefully.keeping ur complain in mind two differentials cant be rule out.
scabies and urticaria.
keep ur room ventilated.
launder ur bedlinen,towels,clothes,garment using a hot wash>50c.
or keep all these in plastic bag for 72 hours bcz the bag will not survive for more than three days outside the body.
use lotion permethrin 5% for 12 hours on ur body below neck.use this lotion for ur son too.
take tab cetrizine 10mg at night.
tab montileukast10mg.daily in morning.
