Suggest Treatment For Small Bump In Between Anal And Vaginal Area

I wear thongs a lot. And I noticed one night a few weeks ago, the area where the g string goes was sore and slightly tender, I took a shower, cleaned it well, and refrained from thongs. However, it's still there, and tonight when I looked, it's a pea sized welt type bump in between my anus and vaginal area. What is it? Should I consult a doctor?

HI
Well come to HCM
If the swelling or the bump is not painful or tender then this would be nonspecific swelling and this would come around soon on its own, if this is painful and tender then this could be infective boil and this need to be treated with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, for local application "Povidone iodine ointment can be tried, take care for hygiene, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
