Suggest Treatment For Small Bulge On Head Caused By Injury

Hi Doctor,My daughter is 2 years old and had a fall day before yesterday.there is a small wound near her eyes and there is a small bulge on the head also.Yesterday onward she has fever and i am giving her paracetamol syrup.but again the temperature increased during night and again i gave her medicine.today morning the temperature is not so high.Should i scan her?She did nt vomit yet.

The small bulge on the head caused by injury is can be because of the inflammation or fractured bone secondary to trauma. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a radiograph done like PA view to confirm the diagnosis. Mean while you can continue the same medicines.
