Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness And Outbursts

Hello, Ive been having restless nights for a while but the last week has become worse, I have become vert animated, repeatly shouting out about being 24 and when my partner tells me im 23 apparently im agrumentative with him. I am exhausted as is he, can you offer any advise that could stop this?

You could be stressed for the last week or so and may not be getting enough sleep due to the stress disorder. Do not read more into these episodes. I suggest you to plave outdoor games and sweat yourself after your office hours or after household duties. These outdoor games provide you the much needed physical exercise as well as relief from mental stress. You will get sound sleep and thereby you sleep talk problem will be reduced. Take care.
