Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder

In the last few months I m nodding off for 30 to 60 minutes. One night I slept for a solid hour. Then I wake up and everything is fine the rest of the evening. I take Trazadone at bedtime so have no problems when I go to bed. How do I stop sleeping before bedtime?

Hello,
Assuming you are getting an adequate amount of sleep at night, I would suggest some gentle exercise after dinner (a 20-30 minute walk for example). It may be that you ar experiencing normal post-prandial (after eating) sleepiness. A moderate amount of exercise will help not only with your digestion and fitness, but also with your sleep. I hope this helps!
