General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to allergic reactions.

Kindly avoid such clothes.

In case of itching take tablet loratidine and for rashes you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

Kindly watch for symptoms like breathing difficulty, severe rashes.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
