for ten years now since i was 16 my scalp has shed all its hair except sides and back and everyday it is extremely ictcy and sooo hard not to scratch thick sand like grains to this day still accumilate on my scalp needless to say it has ruined my life i now suffer from agoriphobia and cant even go to weddings funerals or doctors cause iam so ashamed of who ive become and am terrified of the outside world and havent even looked in the mirror in atleast six years i live with my parents who dont care that ive sat in my room for ten years and i havent had a single dollar to my name in years i am very close to the edge Also i have big and small red sometimes whitish flakey circles on my back which is 70% covered and feels like hot itchy needles i also have these in my pubic region and my shoulders chest and forearms please please help me
