Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy Around Eyes
I had an allergic reaction to a fiberglass compound used on yachts, woke up with eyelids split open,tears that were burning and all areas around the eye itching and flaking to an extent that no moisturizer would keep the areas moist for over and hour!

It seems from the history that you are having eczema or dermatitis or blepharitis of the skin if the eyelids.
The treatment is by use of anti allergic drugs, steroid eye ointments and lid scrubs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
You need to consult either ophthalmologist or a skin specialist for treatment.
