Suggest Treatment For Sinus Pain Post A Cataract Surgery

My husband had cataract surgery in his left eye this morning. Approx. four hours post surgery he started experiencing sinus pain on that side of his face/head/neck. The pain subsides when he stands or walks, but he can t sit or lie down without extreme discomfort. Is this common?

dear post operative pain some times will be there in eye like pressure feeling, but how can you say it is sinus pain. first consult opthalmologist to confirm that no problem with your eye.then sinus pain you can use water vapour inhalation, with anti allergic medication like levocetrizine etc.. still symptoms persisten need to consult ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
