Suggest Treatment For Sinus Headaches And Migraine

I do not have insurance. I looked up my symptoms and I may have a retinal tear or detachment, or a migraine. I am 60 years old, have had sinus headaches but have never had a migraine. I do not know the difference between the zig zag lights that may be associated with a migraine and the flashing lights that may be associated with a retinal tear or detachment. I do not have any other symptoms except a minor headache. I do not want to go to the emergency room and spend money I don t have to be told I have a migraine.
