Suggest Treatment For Sinus Drainage Leading To Slight Cough And Voice Hoarseness

About 3 weeks ago I felt sinus drainage, had a really bad sore throat! Went to dr got a steroid shot and antibiotics. Sore throat has been gone, but the sinus drainage is still there. I have developed a slight cough due to the drainage. I also have been getting really hoarse at night. What s going on? I have a history of sinus infections, but never develop a cough or stay sick this this long. Please help.

For cough due to sinus drainage you can take syrup ambrodil-s or syrup respital-p every 8-12 hours as you had already completed the course of antibiotic and steroids. For chronic sinus infection you can use steroid nasal spray such as betamethasone or fluticasone not more than seven days at one point of time. You can also use otrivin nasal drops or nasoclear nasal drops as decongestants. Take steam inhalation at-least 4-5 times daily as it is also very beneficial in case of sinus drainage as well as sore throat.
