Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Xarelto

I am on Xarelto for blood clots. I also have some stomach problems. I had a nose bleed earlier that took 30 min to stop, I pulled a big clot out of my nose and I was coughing up blood too. I am also having some stomach pains. What should I do? Thank you.

I will suggest to change to some other form of therapy or reduce the dose of Xarelto. Please talk to your doctor.
