General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You had an allergy to mulethi powder. Your skin is sensitive, do not use everything on your face. Take non- sedating antihistamines (Levocetrizine).

Dark complexion caused by the allergy may take time to go away. Avoid too much exposure to the sun, use sunscreens.

In my opinion, you should consult a dermatologist & take Laser treatment for skin lightening. There are other treatments also like laser peel & lasabrasion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
