Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Macox Plus

My daughter was eating R cinex Z kid (3 tab per day in the morning) for the last 3 months and now our doctor has changed the drug to Macox plus (300+450) (1 tab /day) which is more stronger than the R cinex z dose. Now my child (11 yr old and 35 kg wt) is not feeling good. Pls advise.
