Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

The symptoms of stomach sickness with throwing up could be due to stomach upset.

Stomach upset is likely due to gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or acute gastritis but here there is no need to worry as it can be cured by medications and diet.

You should go for routine blood tests and stool examination with ultrasound abdomen if you have not done previously.

Meanwhile, you should take antacids (pantoprazole) available over the counter with antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) and symptomatic treatment.Your nearby GP may prescribe the antibiotics.

Take syrup laxatives like miralax 3 TSF at bed time to have effortless bowel evacuation in the morning.Drink as much as water.

Avoid oily, spicy and non-veg foods for at least 3 to 5 days and must not take alcohol.

You will feel better within 3 to 5 days of this medications.

If symptoms persists then see gastroenterologist who may advice you upper GI endoscopy and will give you further advice accordingly.

Regards,
