Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Tendonitis

Hi, I m suffering from shoulder tendinitis since last month, due to gym exercise, and is not resolving with ultrasono therapy and pain killers. What should I do. can I do light weight exercise of shoulder or I completely stop these exercise. Please tell me latest treatment available.

I have studied your case and being a sports medicine specialist I have seen lot of patients with similar complains. Specially gym enthusiast.I would recommend you to avoid doing any such heavy weight lifting exercises for few weeks.
Also meet a physiotherapist and start hot water fomentaiton and short wave dithermy. A tablet called tendocare should be taken regularly for one to three months.
once your shoulder is free of pain than you can start those exercise again. Just make sure that you are doing them under supervision and also not doing very heavy exercises.
