Suggest treatment for shoulder injury and pain
18 year old female left shoulder injury causing a weakened structure of neck. Dent at the base of skull if pulled back dent fills if let go it dents. Aching pain radiating through to top of head. If you apply pressure to base of skull injury in left shoulder starts to ache and burn.

In orthopedic injuries the direction of force and the extent of injury should be assessed. From what information has been provided it can be said there's soft tissue injury involving ligaments and tendons. Kindly consult orthopedic surgeon as X-ray and probably MRI scanning might be required to assess the injuries so proper treatment can be instituted.
