Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Weight Loss While Having Lung Cancer

My sister-in-law has been diagnosed with lung cancer. She is currently on oxygen constantly, having trouble walking because she is out of breath, and losing weight. She sees a doctor for new protocols about every two weeks. Is she about at the end of life? Should we be monitoring every detail now because she is close to death? Just trying to prepare ourselves for the inevitable signs so that we know.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the terminal stage then nothing more can be done, and you can what ever seems best for her which could bring the piece for her, moral support is very good, hope this information helps.
