Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Palpitation

hi, am 30 years, 5.6 of height and have for awhile feel like i would slumb to the ground. its as if i run short of breath some times. i have also noticed my hearts beats teribly fast at times as though am gonna give up. what could this mean? i have not really had any such plight before.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Was it sudden onset and offset, if yes you can have psvt which kind of tachycardia where heart beats very fast. Next when you have it, try to cough hard in order to abort it. If you have these episodes again then you can get tab ciplar LA prescribed from local doctor till your evaluation is complete.

You will need ECG and holter monitoring to detect tachycardia and confirm the diagnosis. If these test can't confirm the diagnosis you have these episodes then you will need further test like electrophysiological studies.
