Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of shocking pain radiating in chest and jaw which seems to be related to Anginal attack or cardiac pathology. As per query all your test are normal related to blood pressure, i would still suggest you to go to ER once and get ECG done and echo done to check normal heart functioning. If cardiac tests come out to be normal then you should visit gastroenterologist once as this pain could be related to GERD( Gastroesophageal reflux disease) and start treatment accordingly. Till then avoid stress, anxiety. Drink plenty of water. Take diet rich in multivitamins.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
