Suggest Treatment For Sharp Shoulder Pain
i experienced a sudden sharp pain above my left shoulder blade and neck while seated at the computer...took a tylenol, then an aleve and it s dulled but still there...i hadn t done anything strenuous today, but have been working in the garden over the previous 4 days...is this likely a delayed effect from overworking? i m 68...

Yes, this pain could be due to overworking or lack of physical fitness as well. I suggest you to take OTC analgesics for pain relief and do some regular exercise to keep your self fit and healthy.
