Suggest Treatment For Sharp Shooting Pain In The Right Leg

I ve had a pain that goes down the outside side of my right leg. It starts at the top and goes straight down. It s constant, at times very sharp (if I move the wrong way), at night in bed, if I roll over - it s severe. I ve tried stretching, I ve been walking, I thought it was muscle strain, nothing I ve done has helped.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, musculoskeletal condition is likely and it can be managed with any NSAID (Non steroid anti-inflammatory drugs) but important is underlying cause of pain, in my opinion the pain could be due to functional condition and it may be fibromyalgia I would advise to come out of this condition if ever have it hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
