Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.

A musculo-skeletal pain could be the cause of your complaints. The fact that the chest pain is triggered by deep breathing or body movements is indicative of a musculo-skeletal pain.

Coming to this point, there is no need to panic!

I would just recommend avoiding straining physical activity and take acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help improve your situation.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
