I just had sex with a guy with a large penis and he used a non-lubricated condom. theres been a sharp pain in the vaginal area since and it is hard to use the bathroom or release gas without feeling the pain. there s also brown in my underwear which doesn t ever happen really

I think you may be suffering from the trauma of vaginal mucosal lining because of the traumatic intercourse.

The brown discharge may be related to blood because of trauma. I think you don't need a special treatment just to rest and don't have intercourse.
