Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Penis

Hi Doctor, I m a 27 year old male. 2 years ago, I was doing penis enlargement exercises called jelqing , which is basically milking the penis. I stupidly did it with no hot towel warmup , and at full erection. I felt a pop in the left side of my corpus cavernosa. It was as if an internal blood vessel burst. After researching, it seems I had a partial penile fractue. There is no difference in shape of the penis, except a very small protrusion on the left side when erect (perhaps 1/6 of an inch)- barely noticeable. I felt some sharp burning pain the next day but I DIDN T GO TO A DOCTOR OR A SURGEON. It is two years later now. I have never gone to a doctor about it. The pain was on and off for 18 months, is healing but the only time it has really come back is when I tried to jelq again. I haven t jelqed in over a month, and the pain a lot of the time is not there, but slightly comes back every now and then. My question is- is there any chance I can completely heal, as I didn t get any surgery? Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should meet an urologist as soon as possible. You should get physically examined and determine if you ruptured a muscle, corpus cavernous or blood vessels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
