Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Penis

What would make my penis hurt in the very back inside above my testicles like a really sharp pain....? I ve had alot of problems down their and it has started to go away but now these pains come and I ve never had them before it feels like someone is poking around inside the back of my uretha in my penis

I really appreciate your concern, certain conditions are there and that might be the reasons for pain, like infection, stone, trauma, if this is long last and does not comes around then it may requires some investigations till then you can have "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg with Dicyclomine and Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg" as per needed, hope this information helps.
