About 4 hours ago I jumped into a lake from a very high rock and as i hit the surface, water went up my nose and into my ear. Right as that happened i felt a sharp pain in my inner ear drum. My ear has been aching ever since. I dont know what is happening. Please help.

Hello,
It seems your eustachian tube is blocked bcoz of water.
You can try this manouver. Pinch ur nose and try blowing. This will open up the eustachian tube.
Take tab aceclo plus twice daily after food for relief of pain.
Do revert gor further management if pain persists or if you notice bleeding or discharge of pus.
