Suggest Treatment For Sharp Abdominal Pain In Child

My 14 year old daughter is having abdominal pain on the middle to lower right side. The discomfort seems to spread across her abdomen to the opposite side. It is sharp and stabbing and is not associated with her menstrual cycle. The stabbing pain seems to be constant on both sides. She is not running a fever.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such abdomen pain could be colicky pain and chances of stone, appendicitis are very likely and these requires clinical examination and investigations till then "Tab Acetaminophen with Mefenamic acid" three times in day can be used, hope this information helps.
