Suggest Treatment For Severe Vomiting, Dizziness And Neck Pain

My daughter just began thyroid medication (Synthroid) for issues with reproduction. A few days after beginning the medication, she went to her chiropractor for neck pain (a constant issue with her over the years, we have surmised from stress - she began having issues as a law student). She went to the chiropractor 48 hours ago. An hour after going to the chiropractor, she began to experience jaw pain. Her gums are swollen (only on one side) and she is dizzy and experiencing some vomiting. We have her set to see her dentist tomorrow to see if she has an access on that side of her jaw. However, we would like to know if you see any potential for vertebral artery issues with this description resulting from neck manipulation that could cause jaw pain and gum swelling on one side of her mouth and face.
