General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection like fungus infection, lichen planus. I would suggest to consult dermatologist and undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab tests and skin biopsy to confirm cause. Following treatment will help you:

For lichen planus - Occasionally, it will resolve spontaneously. Topical steroids such as ClobetasolApply topical antihistamines.

For vaginal infection -Single dose treatment of azithromycin + fluconazole + tinidazole.

Apply vagisil cream, Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene, loose pure cotton, and loose inner.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
