Suggest Treatment For Severe Upper Thigh Pain

I have upper thigh pain in both legs when walking, going up or down steps. Standing still or sitting I do not have any pain. I have pain when I walk to much during the day, I go to bed and the muscles ache. I have to lay on my back or stomach, muscles ache when I lay on either side. I am going for test now by doctor, had ultra sound done on legs, no problems with circulation. Any suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this are the typical symptoms suggestive of sciatica and if this is not being tested for MRI then better to get this done, some time it may needs surgical intervention till then try some "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
