Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

I have occasional stomach pains mainly in the areas below the diaphragm. When I stand up for a few minutes, my abdomen seems to inflate between the naval and diaphragm. When I touch the area, it feels almost like a tender mass below the skin. A few nights ago, I was feeling fine all day and all night, but I woke up at 3 a.m. with severe abdominal pain. It felt like someone stretched it like a rubber band. At first I thought I was getting a virus, but I didn t throw up or have any other complications. I don t know if those two things are linked or not, but I m starting to think I might have some type of infection. Another thing is that I m constantly constipated. I thought it was my diet, but I went on a diet and it didn t help either.
