General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Bright red blood in stool is a matter of concern
I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery go tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, stool test for over, cyst or parasite.

You may require iron infusion or blood transfusion to reverse blood loss.
In my opinion you should immediately consult a nearest doctor IV fluids and initial investigations.

You should take lots of fluids orally including ORS to counter dehydration and electrolytic imbalances.

Please don't hesitate to write back to me for further queries I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
