Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinus Infection

Hi I am a 21 year old female, I had the flu/ a sinus infections for about 3 weeks and then I went to get antibiotics last weekend I was prescribed a 6 pack of antibiotics and this past Sunday I took 2 as it was indicated for the first dose. I spent the entire night throwing up. The next day I spent the entire day in bed as I felt like I was super tired my stomach was really crampy and upset, and it is really sore under my left breast from coughing (I think I pulled a muscle or bruised my rib) and I had no energy. The next 2 days I woke up feeling the exact same and today still feel exhausted and can t do anything. Could this be from my pulled muscle or bruised rib? Or is it something else

Hello,

You may be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection with antibiotics induced gastritis probably. Other possibilities like food poisoning or infection etc.

Avoid cool'drinks and freeze water avoid smoking. Use tablet montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Take rest and drink plenty of liquids. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
