Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

terrible shoulder pain seems hot too touch had x ray ok steroid injection and anti inflammitories but no relief in agony even hurts with sharp pains turning on light switch can not raise arm more than two inches to side been like this for two weeks any help
