Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain While Passing Kidney Stones
Im passing a kidney stone at home, its very painful i get contraction type pains when it decides to move and my blood pressure was 155 over 117 when the pain subsided . When should i get concerned about blood pressure in other words what do u consider too high where i should call an ambulance. Im currently in no pain at the moment but have had two very painful contractions today lasting 45 minutes to an hour then nothing.
1) Kidney stone pain is relieved by taking tab. Urispas 200mg twice daily. 2) Drink large amounts of water to flush the stone. 3) 155/117mm of hg blood pressure is definitely high. 4) If the same is recorded in various occasions at least 1day apart, you may require antihypertensive medications.
Please consult a general physician in person for thorough examination and blood pressure recording.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
