I "sprained" my knee back about a week before Thanksgiving. I got a brace and crutches for a couple of weeks and it got better. It started hurting again, so I got a better brace and did my own form of physical therapy(I have done it before, for my ankle) and it got better in a couple days. Now, it is back and worse than even when it began. I really don't no what to do. Please help? Thank you so much!
