General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Possibly the testicle pain is referred pain from the calculus in the urinary system as ureter or kidney most likely.

* Drink plenty of liquids at present, tablet diclofenac for immediate pain relief and get an ultrasound examination of the abdomen, pelvis, and scrotum for finer results and further discussion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
