Hello,

Stomach pain is treated according to the site of the pain if it's in epigastrium relates to duodenum and pancreatic pathology.

Both lumbar regions relate to renal pathology. Both iliac regions relates to colon-rectal and ovarian pathology suprapubic region relates to bladder uterine and many other pathologies also related so accordingly should be diagnosed and treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
