I am 67 year old male. In very good health. 180 lbs. 5 9 . I recently feel a slight pain in my right knee when playing pickleball. When I go down stairs the pain increases and is sharp where the knee and shin bone meet. It does not hurt while I run or exercise. The stair pain is on the right side of the knee. Next to the cap. Do i need an MRI? Thanks
