Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Knee That Radiates To The Calf

I had a bakers cyst removed from the back of my knee at age 9, 42 years ago. Now, I suddenly have horrible pain in my knee radiating down my calf; sharp and aching. The pain gets worse when I bend my knee or move it. Oils this be related? Or arthritis or any number of problems?
