Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Buttocks
For the last 3 weeks I notice getting out of my chair my knees buckled and pain in my buttock, both sides and lower back thighs. When I sit for a long period it s the same, painful when I get on my feet but whenever I m mobile/or moving for a while the pain subside .

This pain is coming from your lower spine and is due to lack of exercise and sitting for long. Gently massage lower spine with any pain balm and exercise your back--regards
