Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Abdomen And Ribs

Hi, I ve been having abdominal pain in my upper right quadrant right under my ribs, I just recently had an ultrasound that came back clear. My PhD believes that it is just bad gas or fatty liver. However, I do not consume a lot of alcohol and am only slightly overweight? should I seek a second opinion? Thanks.

What I believe is its just gas.Do you feel bloating of abdomen?When gas builds up within the intestine its common to get pain in upper right quadrant.Since you have undergone and ultrasound recently it cannot be fatty liver because it takes some time to develop fatty liver
