Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Shoulders

Hi I have an excrutiating pain for 6 weeks in my right shoulder.I now I have a large lump which is very very painful.It is inbetween my shoulder blade & spine at the top.I get pain in my neck/shoulder and pins & needles down my arm.I have been on ora-morph, co-codamol, garbapentin but it just takes the edge off the pain.Im on vacation but have booked in to see my doc nxt monday 12th because I cant walk sometimes or sit in a chair-its going worse.I was just pondering over the web for help.

Hello,

You can take over the counter analgesics like Acetamenophen or Ibuprofen,do alternate cold and hot sponging and give rest to the joint.
