Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Lower Back Area
i have a very severe pain in my lower spine when sitting down and even worse when i try to straighten up. I have to slowly straighten myself holding on to something other wise my legs wont hold me. When i am straight i can walk ok but there is always a pain in my lower spine.

Thanx for asking it may be due to several cause like sprain,,osteoarthritis, lumbar spondylosis. My advice is to consult orthopaedic doctor
