Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Left Collarbone

I woke up with an excruciating pain in my left collarbone this morning. Certain movements make it worse. If I shrug my shoulder forward, or reach for something a certain way it is extremely painful. Twice now in the last 2 months I have woken up with my right shoulder being extremely sore, making it too painful to lift it up even a matter of inches. Both times the pain subsided by the end of the day. This is the first time it s been on the left, and more focused on my collar bone. Would love to hear your thoughts.

what you are having will depend on you age but most probably it is rotator cuff(muscle of shoulder) injury you should get it checked for which muscle in particular is affected and limit the painful movemments and apply ice to your shoulder AND TAKE Chlorzoxazone 500mg tablet for pain thrice a day
