Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Knee While Having Fibromyalgia And Osteoarthritis

Hi, I am trying to find a doctor that is up to date on Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritus, Most of all Piriformus Syndrome. I live in severe pain daily even on pain meds and antiinflamatory drugs and muscle relaxers. Have tried some physical theraphy seemed to help some. Have been using chiropractic with some electrical stimulition. Right now in so much pain in my knees which is coming from my back. I live in Simpsonville, SC
