I broke my ankle, over a year and a half ago now and i had to have surgery on it to fix the bone alignment.. So I have a plate and a couple screws in there now. Quite often I get serve pain and ache in my ankle, to the point where I can t walk sometimes. Currently my ankle is very painful and has lost some of its (painless) movement. What can I do to soothe that as I have work. i am also pregnant so could that be effecting the functionality?
