My legs ache in my thighs, calves, my feet ache and burn I get pins and needles and tingles and muscle pain in other areas of my body most particularly the arms and hands and I am tired all the time often breathless. i read ur problem.it seeems to me that u r having nerve compression and low backache..consult ur neuro or ortho for further investigation like MRI and vit b complex test..
