Suggest Treatment For Severe Nasal Congestion
I have severe cough, with severe nasal congestion, went to doctor two days ago and was diagnosed with sinus infection with allergies. Was given anti biotics (amoxycillin) anti histamine (zyrtec) and guffaisen for congestion. Today cough is getting much worse and I started running 101 deg fever. Any thoughts?

start stem inhalation thrice a day, alkaline nasal douche thrice a day by cleaning your nose with salt 1/2 tea spoon and baking powder (sodha) just a pinch in a glass of lukewarm water....clean your nose by taking this solution in a syringe 10 cc after removing needle and push this solution in one nostril by closing other..do it thrice a day, take tab sinarest twice a day, nasal drops nasoclear 2 drops thrice a day for 5 days and tab augmentin 625 bd for 5 days....it will resolve in 3 days
